Financial Institution Legal and Regulatory Services

Since graduating from The George Washington University Law School and being admitted to the DC and Virginia Bars, Bradley has spent well over twenty years providing regulatory guidance related to financial institutions for both the Executive and Legislative Branches of the U.S. government, the French government via its embassies in Washington and Ottawa, and the private sector.

Through this law practice and its focus on all areas of financial crime compliance, Bradley assists financial institutions facing regulatory enforcement actions, seeking to get regulatory approval to open new operations, obtaining licenses for specific transactions, or wanting to include risk-driven contract language in customer and transaction contracts.
